Service Description
Our professional staff can take care of your elderly at home. We offer three levels of care from standard to advanced depending on their needs.
1. Standard Home Care
If you are worried that your elderly family members stay at home alone and might have accidents, EasyHome® Services can arrange for professional teammates to look after them. You can rely on us as your safety net to take care of your elderly loved ones.
Service Scope
- Help the client reheat food
- Remind and assist the client to take medicine
- Assist the client to set up or follow a daily schedule e.g. reading newspaper, watching TV, listening to radio etc.
- Care for the client’s emotional state. Accompany the client to take a walk or go shopping

2. Intermediate Home Care
With Intermediate Home Care, we provide more comprehensive home care to the elderly including personal hygiene management, preparation of meals, escort services for going out, medical escort, shopping service, caring for their emotional state etc.

3. Advanced Home Care
Advanced Home Care is suitable for clients who have impaired self-care ability and who need basic nursing care. This provides the most comprehensive service including home care, escort service, reheating of meals, personal hygiene management, assistance in taking bath and changing diapers, management of urine/toilet bag and nasogastric tube feeding.

Other Service
Our EasyHome® Service provides home care for your senior family members. While you are busy, your family members are still well taken care of – by us.
House Cleaning
A house properly cleaned can make the elderly feel more positive and comfortable at home. Everything starts from the basic but it all adds up to a better service experience.
Medical Escort
You can be confident that we are there right next to your elderly. When the elderly need to visit a medical clinic, we will help them get ready.
Rehabilitation Service
When an elderly is recuperating from a surgery or an illness, he/she needs exercises and encouragement. We can provide both with our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the comfort of their home.
