Rental:
HK$100 per month, including the rental of equipment and service fee
(For individual renters,a prepayment of 3 months' service fee are payable upon installation, i.e. HK$300 in total)
* The SCHSA can help applicants to apply for EAS special allowance from the Social Welfare Department, the Housing Department, the Housing Society and the Charitable Fund. Deposit and service fees will be waived for successful applicants of the subsidies. Please see "Eligibility for Subsidies" below.
