The only non-profit-making charitable organisation in Hong Kong that offers 24-hour emergency support services for elderly citizens as well as other people in need

The Elder Ring Hotline Service

The first manned hotline service that provides immediate two-way conversation for the elderly in attending to their emotional needs of the elders

The PE Link Volunteer Network

Formed by a team of volunteers, it aims to relieve people in need of their emotional issues and problems of daily life through non-emergency services, such as home visits, resources donation, companion services for hospital or clinic visits and caring phone calls, etc.

Promotional And Educational Events

Regular visits to elderly service organizations, local bodies and volunteer organisations, etc., to introduce the PE Link Service to the needy or to provide seminars about the elderly

Fund-raising Activities

Different promotional and fund-raising activities are organised, mainly to raise funds for the PE Link Charitable Fund which helps the elderly and the needy

Friends of the Institutionalized Elderly

A team of volunteers providing regular matched visit to the elderly who live in private elderly homes
