(II) Registration Process
1.
Registration can be made by phone or by submitting the registration form, if all required information is provided and no subsidy is needed, the applicant may immediately make an appointment for installation;
2.
Our technician, in uniform with staff ID card, will visit the applicant's home for installation;
3.
The PE Link Service is ready for use once installation is completed.
HK$100 per month, including the rental of equipment and service fee
(A prepayment of 3 months' service fee are payable upon installation, i.e. HK$300 in total)
* The SCHSA can help applicants to apply for EAS special allowance from the Social Welfare Department, the Housing Department, the Housing Society and the Charitable Fund. Deposit and service fees will be waived for successful applicants of the subsidies. Please see "Eligibility for Subsidies" below.
