Manager (Customer Service)
You will be responsible for
leading and monitoring the operation of two departments: Customer Care
Department and Installation, Repair and Maintenance Department.

Formulate the overall development strategies and
plans for both departments and to executive them effectively
·
Lead and monitor an efficient call centre of different
customer care functions on customer servicing, complaint handling, customer
acquisition and retention, and customer relationship management.
·
Manage the effective operation of the team on installation,
repair and maintenance of the personal emergency system and device on team
management of technical staff, daily routine and emergency order scheduling, stock
and inventory management, service quality assurance, technical competence on
skill and knowledge base of staff.

Maintain an efficient communication and
collaboration with internal departments
·
Analysis and monitor key performance indicators and service
levels and preparing reports for decision making
·
Manage resources planning and forecasting to cope with
changing environment and future
development
·
Serving subcommittees of the Executive Committee
of the agency
Requirements
·
Degree holder preferably with qualifications in Engineering
·
At least 8 years solid management experience in customer
service as well as installation, repair and maintenance service industry
·
Experience in supervising teams of more than 40 colleagues
·
Familiar with operation of repair and service center
(in-house and field service) or call center will be preferred
·
Immediate availability will be an definite advantage
·
Strong leadership, well-organized, result-oriented and able
to work under pressure
·
Service-minded with excellent communication, interpersonal
and problem solving skills
·
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

·
Assist in formulating sales
strategy

& marketing promotion to various channels

Degree or above; at least 3 years
sales experience with 1 year in supervisory level

Proven sales track record

Worked with retail channels;
telecom or electronic products a plus

Good command of both spoken and
written Chinese and English is essential
·
Self-motivation; good
communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Temporary Senior Project Assistant
·
Provide administrative & Fieldwork support
for all qualitative & quantitative research projects e.g. data collection,
telephone interviews, note-taking, desk research, analysis & reporting
·
Degree Holder or above, Business Administration /
Social Science preferred
·
Proficiency in both spoken and written and spoken
English and Chinese
·
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
but fresh graduate is also welcome
·
Computer literacy, knowledge in using SPSS is a
definite advantage

呼援服務員 (夜更)
·
在二十四小時運作的呼援服務中心,處理及回應服務使用者的求助,並聯絡有關機構,為使用者提供應急服務
·
文書處理、參與培訓及出席會議、完成上級分配之工作
·
晚上十時十五分至上午八時時段,5天工作,每週工作44小時
·
中五或以上程度,懂中、英文電腦文書處理工作(中文打字速度為每分鐘30字(只限倉頡或速成輸入法)
·
成熟,良好溝通技巧,具備客戶服務或傳呼台經驗及認識國內方言者尤佳
呼援服務員 (支援)
·
於二十四小時運作的呼援及關懷服務中心工作
·
支援中心的緊急求助及關懷服務,包括:聯絡服務使用、醫院、有關機構及人士;系統監察;記錄等
·
工作時間9:15am–6:03pm,每週工作5天,44小時
·
星期六、日及公眾假期輪班工作,惡劣天氣照常工作
·
中五或以上程度,倉頡或速成輸入速度每分鐘30字、英文輸入,Word, Excel運用
·
成熟、真誠、良好電話溝通及顧客服務技巧
·
具顧客服務或電話服務台經驗,懂內地方言者為佳
